The designs are created in Denmark, and the products are manufactured in Nepal, where Gry and Sig work with approximately 500 women workers. Red Jelly
My daughter Flo (aged 4) just loves to paint – and not just on paper ! As we live in Sussex, I thought this may be an ideal treat for her as Mummy would not hold her back with her nagging about not spraying the furniture, carpets, cat etc !
Each week Red Jelly hold a theme – our was Wiggle & Wriggle - The brief ! – ‘Exploring wriggly wiggly things in the messy trays, decorating a big wriggly creature on our wall easel, and making concertina snakes’.
Well it was a huge success and when the 45 minute session was up – I could feel I may have a problem on my hands getting her to leave but a perfect wind-down story linked to the weekly theme did the trick !
I would recommend this to all toddlers and babies - I saw some cute babies getting their hands into huge piles of cooked spaghetti in a tray which they adored !
It is so well run with great choice of non toxic paints and craft material and painting smocks provided.
Red Jelly was set up by Tash Tamlyn, a mum to two young children.
An art and craft enthusiast, who just loves making things, Tash hopes to share her creativity and imagination with parents/carers and children, in a playful environment.
So all you Sussex Mums and Dads out there – this is a must and wonderful value at £5.00 per child. They run all week except Tuesday.

Mischa (co-owner Nubie) is Canadian and has been bringing Boon products from across the pond ever since Massimo her first born appeared on the scene. Nubie are great fans of ISAK and their wonderful contemporary designs. We are a little hooked on Wall murals here at Nubie, they are effortless to apply and you can transform a room in half an hour and create some stunning effects. If you want to put some elbow grease into it – some of the best looks are created by using contrasting paint on the walls first.
We are therefore excited about our latest find of wall murals which are made in Belgium by Apple Pie Designs.
Each mural design comes in 5 different sizes, so will fit rooms big and small, and with over 20 colours to choose from there is something for every palette too !

I called them spotty, my daughter aged three thought they looked dotty ! Flo got quite excited when she saw these, nabbed one and claimed it her own, we usually have to hide toy orders, but never thought I would have to hide new furniture !
We are always on the look out for childrens furniture which is both good value and stylish and we think these spotty dotty stools hit the mark at just £25.00
They can even fold up and be put away when not in use. Each stool has a safety lock so it cannot collapse when in use and the seats are wipeable with a damp cloth. I have teamed mine up with a white Linus table from Magis and it looks devine.
